Montemercurio è un'azienda agricola biologica situata a Montepulciano, in provincia di Siena, che produce vini di eccellente qualità seguendo i ritmi della natura. Sorge su un colle a 605 metri d'altitudine, tra la Valdichiana e la Val d'Orcia, in un anfiteatro naturale con esposizione sud-ovest ideale per la viticoltura. Possiede 12 ettari produttivi su terreno argilloso, divisi in tre appezzamenti piantati in epoche diverse. Il vigneto storico di 3 ettari, impiantato nel 1958, ospita varietà rare e quasi estinte come il Canaiolo Bianco. L'azienda coltiva Sangiovese, Merlot e uve bianche autoctone toscane, producendo il celebre Vino Nobile di Montepulciano. Certificata ICEA, Montemercurio rappresenta l'eccellenza biologica toscana.
