Tenuta la Novella è un'azienda agricola biodinamica immersa nel cuore della Toscana, a 500 metri di altitudine tra Firenze e Siena. Produce vini Chianti Classico, IGT e Vin Santo, oltre a olio extra vergine di oliva IGP biologico e miele, seguendo rigorosi standard di agricoltura biologica e biodinamica senza pesticidi né fertilizzanti sintetici. La gestione consapevole del terroir, caratterizzato da grande biodiversità, combina il basso intervento con il tocco artigianale.
